刚出社会 (gāng chū shèhuì) 字面意思是「刚离开学校步入社会」。国语里常用来形容应届毕业生刚拿薪水的头几个月：薪资不高、心思单纯、还在摸索哪些大人靠得住、哪些不靠谱。「出社会」是那个里程碑时刻；「刚」点出了转型期的青涩。
