阅读和听力现在会跟着你的表现走。第一组题答得怎么样,决定下一组是变简单还是变难。简单那条路最高只到 4 分,只有难的那条能到 5 分或 6 分。所以想拿高分,平时就得练比自己舒服的水平更难一点的内容。
大多数是北美口音,考试也会用英式、澳大利亚和新西兰口音。
话题是学术和校园生活,比如一场科学讲座、一节历史课,或者学生去某个办公室办事。用语比日常聊天正式一些。
水平与词汇量
我需要什么水平、多少词汇量?
听力要的词比阅读少得多。研究显示,大约 3,000 个常用词就能覆盖日常口语的 95% 左右,最常用的前 1,000 个词更是覆盖了大家平时说的大部分话。
考 TOEFL 还会碰到一些学术词和话题词,比如科学或历史讲座里的术语。所以词汇量不用很大,常用词加上一批学术词,再配上大量符合你水平的听力练习就够了。视频帮得上忙,画面和说话人都会给你理解意思的线索。

备考 TOEFL 听力,该拿什么样的视频练?

TOEFL 听力录音放一遍还是两遍?
只放一遍。每段都只放一次,没有重播,所以这门考试考的就是你能不能一遍跟上真实的说话。听的时候可以记笔记。这也是用自然语速的真实视频练习特别有效的原因。

新的 1 到 6 分,我的 TOEFL 成绩怎么看?
2026 年 1 月起,每个部分按 1 到 6 分打分,最小单位是 0.5 分,总分是四个部分的平均。ETS 把这套分数对到 CEFR:3 分大约是 B1,4 分大约是 B2,5 分大约是 C1,6 分就是 C2。头两年你的成绩单还会同时给出旧版的 0 到 120 分,方便对照。官方对照表在 ETS 网站上。
自适应听力考试是怎么运作的?
阅读和听力现在会跟着你的表现走。你先答第一组题,答得怎么样决定下一组是变简单还是变难。简单那条路最高只到 4 分,只有难的那条能到 5 分或 6 分。想拿高分,就意味着你得稳稳应付更难的片段,所以平时练的时候最好比自己的水平再高一点。
TOEFL 听力会用到哪些口音?
大多数是北美口音,ETS 也会用英式、澳大利亚和新西兰口音。上面那份免费合集以北美口音为主,也掺了一些别的口音,跟考试里听到的声音是一路的。
可以免费准备吗?
可以。免费的起点是 ETS 的官方 TOEFL iBT 练习,能真正做一遍听力题。除此之外,最好的免费办法就是大量听符合你水平的真实学术英语。可以先从上面这 100 个视频开始,也可以在 YouTube 或 Reelang 上多看一些。
视频比教材录音好吗?
练听力的话,是的。教材录音往往又慢又清楚,真实视频是正常语速和真实的学术讲话,更接近考试,画面还能帮你猜出还不认识的词。
