荷兰语安抚语气词：让几乎任何短句都变得柔和、温暖、亲切
Hoor 是荷兰语里最友善的小词。把它加在短句末尾，就能起到缓和、安抚或表示“别担心”的作用。比如 Ja, hoor（好的，没问题）、nee, hoor（哦，不用了）、graag, hoor（乐意效劳，真的）。它无法用一个英语词准确对应，英语母语者学荷兰语时常漏掉它，而荷兰人一听就知道少了这个词。
这段办公室闲聊片段里 hoor 频繁出现：《 Nee, hoor. Zwart is prima 》（不用了，黑咖啡就行）、《 Ja, hoor 》（好的，没问题）、《 Ja, gezellig 》也带着同样的温度。Hoor 把同事间干巴巴的对话变得亲切自然。如果把它去掉，同样的对话听起来就会生硬冷淡。
